Statement: Staying healthy from a medical perspective is like maintaining a well-tune engine- it requires regular care, smart habits, and a bit of preventative maintenance. Our immune system is centered of new drugs/vaccines and revamp.

Stay Healthy medically

  1. Routine checkups: Visit your healthcare provider for annual physicals, blood pressure checks, screenings, and vaccinations. Early detection is key to prevention.
  2. Balanced nutrition: Fuel your body with whole foods—plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains. Limit added sugars and processed foods.
  3. Physical activity: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity a week, like brisk walking or cycling. Add strength training a couple of times weekly too.
  4. Adequate sleep: Most adults need 7–9 hours per night. Good sleep improves immunity, mood, and heart health.
  5. Stress management: Chronic stress takes a toll, so use tools like mindfulness, journaling, hobbies, or talking to a therapist.
  6. Avoid harmful habits: No smoking, limited alcohol, and practicing safe behaviors in everyday life.
  7. Hydration: Drinking enough water (usually about 2–3 liters a day) helps with digestion, metabolism, and circulation.
Our Clinic's Core Values: How can we maintain our wellness? Get sick as go out of its bound. The answer lies not in relying solely on medications or surgery, but in understanding and strengthening the body’s own immune system. Today, this approach is a driving force behind vaccine development and the reevaluation of existing drugs. (enforced by RFK Jr., U.S. Secretary of Health.)
