Our FOUNDER, Mr. Winston Vo, is a Chemical Engineer and Mathematician with training and experience in hospital pharmacy. He once led a new medication counseling clinic run by a clinical pharmacist, just prior to the enactment of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) on January 1, 2006. Additionally, in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was the first to propose a prototype for a COVID-19 vaccine using a 'fake DNA virus'—a novel concept in the emerging field of pharmacogenomics. This approach aimed to be similar to, but more efficient than, the mRNA vaccine model developed by the two Nobel Laureates in the field of microbiology (more complex approach)

This clinic service is a combination of the Save-a-DRUG Business—focused on expensive drugs nearing expiration in hospital pharmacies—and the NEW Monoclonal Antibodies Infusion Clinic (est. 2020, post-COVID-19), where a new pipeline of immunology drugs requires laboratory testing to analyze genetic cell codes before finalizing them as infused treatments. Additionally, it builds on our Evergreen Medication Counseling Services (est. 2005, led by Clinical Pharmacists) and the Marshall Cancer Research Clinic (est. 2006, online since 2011).
